yum! I want that recipe. We have a bunch of zucchini that we need to use up.....probably a less spicy version though.
give the recipe to the bake-a-holic and I will see if it is indeed the best ever.
Oh, yea, can you also give her some zucchini, some peppers and some pasta noodles?
